Really friendly, helpful and patient stylist and her colleague - made me feel welcome, valued, made suggestions (as requested) to help achieve a special occasion look. Immediately homed in on the classy type of look wanted to achieve - but so adaptable and skillful am sure would be able to quickly assess and achieve whatever requested. Definitely went several extra miles to do a superb job - bright, cheerful, reliable and fun - and added to a great day. A masterclass in customer service skills - as well as hairstyling ones! Cannot thank you enough Kim and team, who also achieved (and deserved) very valuable prestige for Red - as had big party and news travels fast in Holmfirth!!
