Great experience - only slight improvement suggestions could be: I miss the massage chairs! I know a few of my friends do too! A scented candle... - sometimes the smell of blow dry/hair hits you when you walk in (to be fair this is probably hard to tell when you're inside all day - you probably become immune to it)- a scented candle could mean the customer walks in to a pleasant waft instead! Otherwise totally great.
