Always a friendly atmosphere all the staff seem so helpful and lovely and although they are friendly they aren't over familiar which is something that really annoys me at some salons I have been to. They chat but not inane chatter. There is always an offer of a drink and biscuit/ cake or refreshment really! My stylist is going on maternity leave and I will miss her lots but I am certain that whoever styles / colours my hair in her absence will be great. The salon is always clean and always beautifully decorated with displays depicting the time of year.
