Lovely friendly and experiences beautician, who gave lots of aftercare advice. Unfortunately the price of my treatment (which I looked up from the Reds website price list prior to my booking) was not the actual price I was charged. Apparently because she is a senior member of staff, she is able to charge more. This is fair enough and I believe that experience does warrant a higher fee, but this was not explained to me beforehand. It serves as a warning to others to check the price when booking, so you don't get a shock at the till, after your treatment has been carried out.
