Following a visit to the salon today, I left very disappointed with the final cut and finish. The overall cut around the bottom was not straight and the shaping around the face was uneven, unbalanced and whispy. The overall finish was tatty and not salon standard. . After attending the salon for years, I will sadly not be visiting the salon again.

Dissatisfied with the service I received today… I wasn’t informed at the time of booking that my appointment was with a new stylist. I don’t have an issue at all with using a newly qualified stylist however my appointment today took 4.5 hours for a full head of HL on above shoulder length hair. It 3 hours alone to put the foils in with 2 sets of them being removed and rinsed during treatment. It was only when paying I was told it was a new girl and that I should have been made aware of it at the time of booking. The lady told me during my HL that she was packing them in (which doesn’t mean much to me) and I feel like the finished result resembles a full head of bleach. I personally think paying £116 for being in the salon for 4.5 hours and not loving my hair like I usually do stepping out of Reds is extreme. I would have said this at the time of leaving but I didn’t want to make a fuss now make the lady feel awful. A little fore warning would have been appreciated

initially greeted well and took to seat,all ok at this point. Hairdresser was not usual person to cut my hair (which normally is not an issue) i found her to appear disengaged and uninterested with me. we began highlights and after 3 foils, she left without a word for over 10 minutes, and returned again without a word. Very rough while doing foils, pulling hair and unpleasant while washing, rough and water splashing into my eyes. Once fully dry, i did say that i was concerned as my hair seemed very stripey, and i could see lines across where the foils had started. i was told that this will 'settle' but i am not happy that i cannot tie my hair back as i can see horizontal lines of dye across my head. It was only while drying my hair that she began to speak to me, and was actually very friendly and engaged, i found it a little strange. I am very disappointed with the result and i really dont think that it was value for money. Next time i will be using my usual hairdresser, but i am seriously considering finding another hairdresser as i am so disappointed and my scalp is painful to touch. I dont know whats happened, but that was not the service i am used to receiving from your business

Booked my mam in for a cut and blow this was cancelled and another appointment given on the same day with. Very disappointed hairdresser said only had time for a dry trim! Will not be returning in future
