I always feel very well looked after, however there were different receptionists on and i didnt get offered to have my coat hung up, its a small thing but its all part of the journey and its nice, i had to fold it up and put it in my bag - but its December and they were very busy. As usual the staff are friendly, and i always feel pampered and relaxed after my stay. Little Stacie is the only person i will see when i go, she is amazing, she always does such a great job on my hair and always makes me feel so looked after. I would recommend it to anyone, its a little pricey but the service and the way you feel when you leave make it worth it.

The overall service was good as always bur was told on arrival that I would have to wait 15 mins due to running late accepted that!. went next door to bookies won £500 that was good. came back after 5 mins had a cup of tea 1hr later still Sitting waiting upstairs I decided to To ask reception was there a problem Then finally my hairdresser arrived and apologised. It would of been a good bit of PR if I was offered a freebie next time. I spent £110 on my wife myself an and our 4yr old gran daughter.
