I always feel welcomed, the staff is really friendly and customer service fantastic! I had tried to make a booking with Charlotte (she´s the one usually does my hair) but she was busy the whole day so just booked for any of the other girls. When I got there, lovely Emma was the one selected and once I told her I was used to Charlotte she simply asked her if she would have time to do my hair, which of course, she did. This was excellent customer service! I also need to comment that some months ago I had an accident with my car just after leaving the salon and the staff was very supportive, something invaluable in those moments. Do I feel as a valued customer? I do! Do I recommend them? Always! What would be my last -but not least- comment? Reds Hair & Beauty truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service—leaving me feeling pampered, refreshed, and ready to shine!

Hair cut by Victoria, as always. Well worth the 30 minute drive each way as I'm always confident that I'll come out with a cut I'm happy with. Lovely service as well by the other members of staff from the front desk, to the lovely girl who did my wash and treatment for me. I've never been let down by this salon yet.... and the fact that you can book using the online site makes it easy to find an appointment that suits me as I work shifts.

This was my second visit to Reds and again met with a warm welcome , staff friendly & professional. Extremely satisfied with stylist Victoria who following discussion on my colour preference & cut I could not have been happier with end result , Thank you Victoria , I will certainly return to reds & highly recommend
