I had a lovely welcome form the receptionist when I stepped into the salon today. Thank you. My stylist was Ashley who was very professional from the minute I met her. As Ashley led me to the chair for an assessment of my needs I apologised for being a bit slow, in my walking, as I followed her. Ashley slowed down to my pace and kept looking behind to make sure I was ok. How lovely. I didn't tell Ashley I had had my second total hip replacement just three months ago. I didn't need to as she took such good care of me. When Ashley discussed how I wanted my hair styled I felt I could talk to her by the way she responded to me. And when she started to cut my hair I relaxed because I felt totally confident as she cut. She was so confident in her cutting and I just knew I was going to be happy with the style and finish. And I was. Thank you Ashley for a lovely experience. My husband commented on my hair straight away as I got into the car. He said it was lovely. You said you do colouring Ashley and because you were so brilliant at cutting I am planning to get colouring vouchers for my daughter Kelly to have her hair coloured with you. I am sure you will be fab at that too. Thank you for a lovely overall experience Ashley. I had a lovely little chat with the receptionist as I left. So lovely. Thank you.
