I have been a customer of Reds for many years,the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and competent.I have had many comments and compliments about my hair and colour over the years.I have a busy life but Reds are always welcome to accommodate me should I need to change my appointment.

staff are Fantastic always smiling and there is always a good buzz in the salon, the professionalism is amazing they really no what they are talking about. Colour specialist ashley does my hair and I wouldn’t trust anyone else she really knows her stuff.

Price for treatment (lash and brow tint) had gone up by 50% since last visit about 5wks who. When queried I was immediately offered it at my usual price but warned the prices had gone up. 50% increase seems excessive. Otherwise I’d have rated value for money as very good. At new price I’m not likely to be able to go as often as I would’ve before.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I do understand there was a misunderstanding with your bill at our reception and the appointment had been booked as two separate services and not a package that you normally receive, I have asked our beauty manager to call you to discuss this matter but please do rest assured that our prices have only went up by 1-2 pound
