Victoria is a very skilled hairdresser and is always pleasant and very helpful. She more than makes up for the small criticisms below. The salon environment might be improved by playing different styles of music and not quite so loudly. The seats at the washbasins are not very comfortable.

Can't fault the staff or the service I received, but the music playing in the salon is really annoying and repetitive. I understand from the staff that they have no control over it but maybe management should reconsider what they play and vary it. This is the only downside to an otherwise excellent salon.

Lovely staff! They always do their best for you. I have always been given good advice on which products to use and had a pleasant experience. I am always pleased with the hairstyle too.
