I always leave Reds feeling better than when I went in. The staff are helpful, friendly and pleasant. Their head massage when applying a treatment is great for stress relief. The stylists are very well trained and have introduced me to products which solve problems with my awkward hair. I have always been pleased with colour treatments and find the staff give very good advice on what is suitable for me and my hair. My hair is in better condition since I went to Reds and I have never had a regretable hairdo at Reds. The stylists listen and discuss with you what you want. The receptionists give you a warm welcome and will always try to find you an appointment even on a busy day. What more can you want?

Greg does my hair and has done for a few years now. I can honestly say my hair has never looked better. He's an exceptional colourist, no matter what colour I've been it always looks natural. He keeps up to date with new techniques. Not that he's pushy with them but if I say I want something new he's got a whole repertoire of different ways to colour hair. He's a great stylist too. My hair often seems easier for me to style at home when he's cut it. He really listens, not that I'm great at describing what it is I want but somehow he manages to get it. I have to travel a fair bit to get to the salon but it's worth it. The staff are a really nice bunch of people to be around. From the reception staff to the girls who washes your hair, they're all lovely. I really enjoy being there for a few hours.

Lovely staff. They are very professional yet friendly. I would rather go to Reds than to any other hairdressers that I have visited.

I arrived at the salon and immediately my coat was taken and I was offered a drink. My stylist introduced herself and I was then taken to a workstation and we discussed what I would like doing to my hair. The stylist was very friendly and easy to get along with, without being over the top. She asked a few questions and then offered her advice on my new hairstyle. Once the consultation was finished I was taken straight through to have my hair washed and was offered a treatment too. The stylist then took me back to the workstation and proceeded to cut and then dry my hair. I am very happy with the service provided and the end result. I have had a few compliments from my husband and workmates on how nice it looks too. I have previously visited Reds in East Herrington but due to the location of the City Centre salon and my positive experience I think I would be most likely to use the City Centre salon in the future. I have brought some Reds cards into work to distribute amoung my colleagues as we were not aware of the fantastic 20% discount.

Lovely staff! Excellent service. The staff listen carefully to what you would like, offer expert advice and are always very friendly. I am never disappointed and would not go anywhere else.
