It was a pleasure to visit this salon and have my hair cut and highlighted. The salon were following full lockdown rules and I felt very safe. All of the staff were very pleasant and Charlotte, who cut and coloured my hair, did exactly as I asked. She listened and checked with me that it was what I wanted. Nothing was rushed and I felt listened to. I was very pleased with the outcome. Considering it was 4 months since my hair had been coloured and Charlotte had never seen me before - my colour was just as I like it. Great experience.
