Had hair cut and eyebrows completed today managed to get them done straight after each other. Stacey Hair is fab as always, Nicola eyebrows coming on lovely only 2nd visit for HD eyebrows difference massive already. Both booked plus nails for 6 weeks time. Only maked down environment as the salon is showing signs of wear and tear could do with a lick of paint.

Prices are a bit steep, but the service is very professional and I'm always pleased the the end results

I always get a treatment when I have my colour and usually it's the juniors who do this after washing the colour out. However the last couple of times the experience has not been great with either a distracted junior who left me with a hot towel on my head and the most recent one it barely lasted 5 minutes. Although I understand everyone has to learn. However it is disappointing especially when it's my favourite part of my visit.

This review relates to the beauty area only, not the hair salon. The service, products and treatments at Reds are always fantastic and even better with the current 30% off offer, but the beauty area upstairs is looking tired and in need of refurbishment. A proper comfortable waiting area is needed (a very uncomfortable bench is there now with very old and torn magazines). In the treatment room there was a cracked sink, some broken tiles, towels drying on a radiators, kettle on the floor - it all looked a bit messy, better maintenance is needed and other things should be hidden from customers view during the treatments. The treatment rooms are off a corridor with a wooden floor, so when you're meant to be relaxing you hear every footstep and conversations. But importantly none of this detracts from the quality of the treatments which are consistently excellent.
