Can't fault the staff or the service I received, but the music playing in the salon is really annoying and repetitive. I understand from the staff that they have no control over it but maybe management should reconsider what they play and vary it. This is the only downside to an otherwise excellent salon.

Victoria is a very skilled hairdresser and is always pleasant and very helpful. She more than makes up for the small criticisms below. The salon environment might be improved by playing different styles of music and not quite so loudly. The seats at the washbasins are not very comfortable.

I've been going for years, I have built a relationship with one hairdresser and love the quality of service I get. It is always remarked on how natural my hair looks though it is dyed. One thing I am impressed by is the investment in work experience and apprenticeships, it is so important to invest in the talent of the future . The individuals re also always so polite and professional despite being so early in their career.

I was early and my stylist saw me promptly, which I appreciated a great deal. She helped me choose a colour and style that I really suit :)

The hair washing chairs are v uncomfortable. My hair got caught and clothes v wet. Otherwise a great experience

I was a little disappointed in how long the manicure lasted. The treatment was carried out on the Thursday and by Monday there was quite a lot of chipping on the nail varnish. I did expect it to last longer.
