Having not visited a salon of any description for more than 20 years, I was feeling a little nervous before going in. I needn't have worried. Karen amd Brittany couldn't have been more welcoming or patient with a dithery old sod like me. I've come away with a lovely haircut, trimmed eyebrows and what might, backache notwithstanding, pass for a spring in my step. See you in six weeks, then!
