Always a pleasant experience, the salon is awash with professional staff who are extremely attentive. It is obvious that customer care is a culture that is encouraged throughout. The luxurious surroundings create a relaxed atmosphere which is to be enjoyed. I have great confidence in the technical ability of the staff from the colourist to the senior stylist It is a great feeling to leave with a fab new hair colour and a shiny, up to date style. Makes me feel like I have had a treat and puts a smile on my face. Thank you
