Emma was amazing and also looked shocked at the mess my previous hairdresser had made with my hair. She was lovely and put me at easy and I think I have finally found a hairdresser who actually listens to what I want and can do it. I booked online the night before, found the online booking was confusing and long winded as ended up booking the wrong appointment, paying the deposit but feel that I was overcharged at the appointment when I had paid £19 for the deposit and then charged £36 on top of this.
