Wonderful haircut with Amy. I arrived at the wrong appointment time but she kindly managed to squeeze me in so I didn’t have to come back. Amazing haircut as usual😀 very pleased. Highly recommend.

Lucy was amazing! Even though I had o my just met her we chatted like I had known her for years, and the rest of the team made me feel very welcome, the offer of a Coke Zero on top of the usual offerings of tea and coffee was a lovely touch on top of all of this my hair looks and feels incredible. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Though I find the surroundings and the Service provided very good, for what I had done the cost was very expensive! It took less than an hour, I left the house by taxi at 12:10pm, which went all around the houses due to road works, to have a dry cut - not a wet cut (which to be fair I didn’t want anyway but when booking online there is no choice). I then walked, very slowly due to walking difficulties, across the Market Square to the Taxi booking office, waited a few minutes to be attended to, then 10minutes wait, for a taxi home and was home just before 13:00h. The hair alone cost just over £34 to have roughly 4 inches off the length and the fringe trimmed! Unfortunately my pension won’t run to this too often!

Having had previously cold and unwelcoming hair services in different salons, I was very happy with how relaxed and comfortable I was made to feel at Saints! Really happy with the outcome also! Overall, just a lovely experience and will definitely be back again!
