Great service. Both daughters were extremely pleased with their restyles and I loved my blow dry and was pleased with the advice received re colour correction.

A friendly reminder was sent the day before which was helpful. At the salon the staff were polite and courteous even though they were really busy. The treatment was a facial and was amazingly relaxing with Charlene. I think she is a great beauty therapist and would highly recommend her!

Rupa styled my hair the way I wanted and she did a fantastic job. I've been wanting this certain cut for years but was always talked out of it. Rupa has been the one to give me what I want and I've received many complements. THANK YOU RUPA! Rupa is a true asset to SAKS.
