Today was the first time I went to Heston Saks with my 2 year old daughter and at first impressions, as soon as we walked through the door the staff gave us their full attention (mostly to my daughter bc she was wearing a princess dress) but the staff was amazing I really felt welcomed at their establishment. This was my daughters first cut aswell so I was nervous as well but they reassured me that they are trained and were confident, mind you my daughter didn’t like it anything new so she was crying and screaming but the staff new when she could cut and when to give my little one a break. She took her time and tried to distract her and I was getting nervous more but again the staff kept reassuring me and at the end of it we managed to get through it and her cut did come out great despite my daughter’s protest. Now it was my turn to get my hair washed and cut and this is was amazed me, the staff had entertained my little one while I relaxed with the hairdresser, they looked after here and played with her a-bit and gave her high fives and this was for a good 40minutes I believe. They also told me that the doors were closed so my little one wouldn’t run out. Regarding my hair I wanted a V fringe just to try and asked my hairdresser her opinion and she convinced me an alternative and I am glad I took her advice as she made me feel she had my best interest at heart. Her skills was tremendous and the woman who washed my hair was very good as giving me head massages that it did make me stop talking half way haha which means it was very very good. My experience today was not what I was expecting and would highly recommended this salon to my friends and family. 5*s!!!! A+++
