I was really very happy with my first time experience here at saks.. They really looked after me. I was made to feel very comfortable and the staff was very very professional and caring .. I felt really good after and during my experience with this salon. I will always be going there in future for my haircuts and DEFINITELY when ever i need to recolour my hair .. I was very impressed and they worked very hard . Each and everyone of the staff member there was very friendly and very helpful as I had my twins running around there, they made me feel relaxed I would 110% recommend this salon to everyone
