I feel that Saks Heston is one of the best Saks ive ever been to, and Ive been to at least 2 others. As well as one of the best hair dressers Ive ever been to. I find the quality of the service I receive there is outstanding. I do feel it is pricey and many of my friends would not pay these prices and Im pretty sure prices have gone up again recently. Because of the outstanding service (especially from Kiran and Payam) I will always return and have no intention of trying a different hairdressers but if finances got tight i may consider it. I feel the head massage whilst getting your hair washed is excellent but a little longer would be appreciated. Maybe 5 minutes looker at least because it is so relaxing and I feel I would always have liked it to last longer.

Sarah is always brilliant and truly professional. The only thing I would like to see is some air conditioning would be nice. The salon was very warm. The weather was so humid today would be good to have efficient air conditioning.
