Hi Sue. Thank you for your review and taking the time to let us know your feedback. Sally Adams is ever mindful of any price increase. We avoid frequent increases and absorb additional costs where we can; this year however has been exceptional. The increased costs associated with Covid exceed our Covid surcharge and it seems inevitable some of these costs will be with us for the foreseeable future. I would also like to add that we are not able to absorb fully the annual increase from Aveda, which includes all products purchased for salon use. We are very lucky to have a large team and with that comes choice of service provider. If your current Stylist is at a service level which is becoming more than you wish to pay based on the frequency you'd prefer to come in, we would like to invite you to discuss this with our Front of House team who can make suggestions on another service provider for you. As ever, the Team at Sally Adams will continue to work hard to deliver a professional service to the highest standards while keeping everyone as safe as possible.
