My experience this morning to have a haircut with Sally was flawless! The appointment was initiated and arranged during the lockdown when government guidlines were announced and so as a customer I was not left wondering. It also gave such a sense of appreciation for me as a customer - I felt valued! Today from the moment I walked into the salon, I felt completely confident of the professionalism and care I would receive. Every step for covid protection had been thoroughly thought through with utmost integrity. The professionalism of the haircut was outstanding with endless care spent to achieve the best outcome for the client. The salon had made alterations in its design for the circumstances but there was also a special feeling of quiet and calm from everyone and this was important for customers who are venturing out for the first time.
