Imogen is an exceptional stylist and I am always delighted with my hair. I am always changing what I want done and it’s never too much to ask. The salon ‘juniors’ are fab and extremely attentive. If I were to make one constructive observation, it would be that over the many years I have been coming to the salon, the length of time taken on the additional ‘complimentary’ services such as hand and head massages has decreased (in my opinion), and always feel a little rushed. Otherwise, a great salon, great staff, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
