Think attention should be given to training reception staff to be more confidential in details disclosed when making an appointment with customers, especially when other customers are standing close by. In a small town we may want to keep details of some treatments confidential and so not have them discussed by 2 or 3 reception staff in front of other customers/clients.

I came in for a leg wax and although the therapist was lovely the experience wasn't great. There was wax all over the place including my hands as it seemed to drip from the rollers. THe girl did the best she could. I think you should change your systemn to something less messy

I have had nails done (gel) several times before at Salon 10 - unfortunately this time it was not such a good experience. Two of us were having them done at the same time and we chose the same nail colour so there was extra delays because of only having one pot of the colour. The curing machine was not working properly and although Ashley was attentive, I left with two quite bumpy nails which had begun to peel away within 6 days. Because of having to share machines and gel, the whole thing took 50 minutes. Altogether unsatisfactory- I felt sorry for them as they were getting behind from the 1st appointment of a very busy day but it felt as if she was rushing a bit. She said the bumpy nails would smooth out by the end of the process but they hadn’t. it was not a great experience on this occasion.

The scores would have been higher for this visit but it was the fact i wasn't kept informed the appointment before me was running 25minutes late.i nearly left as i was going to be late for something else.

My son had a hair cut that took 8 minutes entry to exit. Nice haircut and brilliant that we could get an appointment so easily but maybe a bit expensive.

Jack was excellent. Good understanding of what was wanted and very professionally executed. Unfortunately, problem with online booking marred our overall experience.
