I felt like my appointment was rushed. I wanted a swim experience, nice hair wash - it wasn't great, water splashed in my face a few times. Sink filling up with water and not draining away poroperly. I asked about hair colour and wasn't shown anything. I asked about volume and wasn't advised on any products.

Always receive first rate service at Saon 55, staff very friendly and professional. Kirsty, my stylist, is lovely and always cuts and styles my hair perfectly.

Excellent family friendly salon. Lorna is truly wonderful and a total perfectionist. I would not let anyone else cut my hair. Lovely cup of tea and biscuits too! My only negative comment would be the "massage" chairs used at the hair washing area. They are pointless really as you cannot feel anything being massaged at all, in fact last time I was there and they put it on I thought it had broken and wasnt working but it was!
