This was not my first visit but I can say that every visit has been a relaxing and pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and all seem happy with each other as well.Even the apprentices are treated with courtesy and respect. The hairdressers are all excellent, all the ones I have had do my hair and I have had several different people more than once. The advice I have been given has always been good. It is quite expensive for me but I am happy to pay because I know I will always get excellent service in pleasant surroundings.
