My new hairstyle has transformed me and have had lovely comments. The advice was paramount and gave me the confidence to take the challenge. My whole spirits have been lifted and to be told you look beautiful is with it all. A huge thank you to the man that created a new me.

Lovely experience, had exactly the haircut I asked for. The only thing I would have as feedback is when paying for one of the top stylists I wouldn't expect to have a very early starter doing the washing/ head massage as that part wasn't good (and is usually one of the most enjoyable parts!). I understand everyone needs to start somewhere, but maybe they should only be doing the treatments for the lower priced services?
