I find this salon a relaxed, friendly place to be, it's good value and the massage chair is bliss while you are having your hair washed!

Score on the environment in the salon is juat because it feels a bit small and cramped, but there's not much you can do about that. I would comment re the website, that clicking on "Booking & Contact" only suggests you can book online via the app, which is limited to iPhone and Android. I know from past experience that I can book online via a pc, but to get to that, I have to go to "About" and click the "Book now" button. As we have no mobile signal where I live, I do all computer stuff on a pc, not a phone.

My comment is very simple: I like the shop and I like the staff. They are very friendly, very professional and very kind! I feel in good hands and NOT overcharged.

First visit to SGM and I asked for advice on a new style that would suit my fine hair. In the past at other salons I had often only been offered very short styles. The sensible advice today was to cut into a manageable style and next time when the stylist was more familiar with my hair go for a shorter style if this is what I decide on. Very happy with my cut and advice.
