Every time I visit Simplicity. either to book an appointment, find out about a particular, great offer they are running or advice on skincare, I am always met with a lovely smile from each of the therapists and receptionists. Each treatment is carried out professionally and with knowledge clearly shown by the therapist. I think the pricing is very competitive and some of the offers on skincare and/or body treatments are a quarter or a half of what one would pay in central London. Lastly, even though most local people know this, the eyebrow and eyelash threading and tint team are legends;; clients come from far and wide as they are so good at what they do. Kate
