I was looked after by Natasha. I was a new customer to her at the beginning of the year and had asked for a blonde balayage, Natasha was very friendly and informative when I had asked her questions. Fast forward 6months later and I had booked in for a touch up. Natasha had greeted me as if I was in the salon the previous months, she had remembered I am planning a wedding and had asked how that was going. She had also remembered how I wanted to gradually go lighter with the blonde and again gave me informative information on how to upkeep the brightness. As I was paying we discussed how many appointments I will have before the wedding and what each appointment will entail. All together a great service by a lovely person

I have curly thick hair and the person who did my hair didn’t know how to do it, unfortunately. I left with my hair very boffy and not sleek, like how I can achieve at home. The roots were still curly and so I had to restyle when I got home. I appreciate that not everyone knows how to deal with curly hair, however, if this is the case, there should be an option to disclose this or someone else should have taken over when they saw this member of staff struggling with my hair. This is nothing against the member of staff whatsoever, however, I just wanted to make the salon aware as to avoid this happening again. Thank you
