I initially spoke to a junior therapist who answered many of my questions before I was referred to Robyn, a senior therapist. Robyn has been great. She was knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is clean, professional, and has a soothing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Over time, people have started noticing improvements in my skin, and when I expressed that I hoped for more dramatic results, Robyn offered helpful suggestions on how we could enhance the treatment. She made it clear that any decisions were entirely my own with no pressure. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and knowledgeable care in a friendly setting.
