So nice to be back in the chair with Steve and the team. Big thanks to Cherie for transforming my colour and making my greys look glam, Steve for the great cut and Seb for the lovely blow dry. One bit of service feedback - maybe tell the client how much the bill is going to come to before we add products on top and/or display product prices. I should have asked but it would be nice to get that prompt from reception.
