Today I visited Spoiled to have my hair coloured and a trial of hair up. To say I was absolutely delighted with my whole experience is an understatement. Many thanks to Michaela who met my needs so expertly. Michaela is due to pin my hair up again at the weekend (for a wedding). To which she will attend the wedding venue to do. Now, I say That's Service xxx Thank you Spoiled

My visit was wonderful. I got an extra treatment, which was really worth the money. The candles and relaxing music was amazing! The assistant was great at giving head massages and made me feel very comfortable . My hairdresser was lovely and I was very happy with the cut, although she cut off more than I asked for. The only recommendation I would have is to section my hair when blow drying. I have very thick hair so when the hairdresser was preparing my hair for a blow dry she was pulling my hair with the round brush. Because my hair is thick and tuggy, it was quite sore. I think she was in a rush. I would normally get it sectioned off and combed through with a comb or tangle teaser before using the round brush - this would have also given a better finish. Overall I'd definitely come back, everyone was so friendly and the coffee was fab!
