Excellent service and Stacey so precessional and knowlegable about products and styles. Very friendly and helpful and a real asset to the team. James also excellent and again excellent at his job. Definitely recommend friends and family and will continue to do so.

At times I did feel the appointment was rushed through, and I couldn’t thoroughly explain my preferences. However, I did appreciate the efficiency. If there could be a balance between thoughtful thorough attention and efficiency that would be my biggest recommendation. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work of my stylist.

I brought this to the attention of the stylist and the receptionist following my appt.today. My booking was for 2.00pm, I was there on time. Nothing happened until 2.30pm. Staff apologised but very rarely does my appt. start at the time I've booked, although today was the worst delay. Yes I was served with refreshments, but I'd have rather the work had begun on time.
