Lesley was simply incredible. She was thoughtful, patient, and helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for. It can be nerve-racking when you have unusual hair (3B curly) but she knew exactly what she was doing. After shying away from a hairdressers after such bad cuts, I was completely floored with the service and talent. The other workers pattering about who helped were also so sweet and helpful. The salon was calm and they really did their best to adhere to social distancing. I felt safe. Would 100% recommend this to all my friends.

Great service, very friendly, only very minor point was the appointment was very long. But I was well looked after when waiting.

I am incredibly happy with the full head colour that was done. The team spent time looking at my reference photos and making sure that I got precisely what I wanted. This is the reason why I keep coming back to spoiled! I was happy with the cutting of my hair also but felt like little time was spent styling my hair or adding products - no anti-frizz or hairspray which I have had added on previous visits. But I'm so happy with my colour that this doesn't matter. I will definitely be back.

Always enjoy my Spoiled experience. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and it’s a lovely environment to relax after a busy day at work and be spoiled.
