My visit was wonderful. I got an extra treatment, which was really worth the money. The candles and relaxing music was amazing! The assistant was great at giving head massages and made me feel very comfortable . My hairdresser was lovely and I was very happy with the cut, although she cut off more than I asked for. The only recommendation I would have is to section my hair when blow drying. I have very thick hair so when the hairdresser was preparing my hair for a blow dry she was pulling my hair with the round brush. Because my hair is thick and tuggy, it was quite sore. I think she was in a rush. I would normally get it sectioned off and combed through with a comb or tangle teaser before using the round brush - this would have also given a better finish. Overall I'd definitely come back, everyone was so friendly and the coffee was fab!

This was the second time that Craig had coloured and cut my hair. I was able to tell him that the first cut had been so good that I had gone a full day including going for surgery on my knee and home again without ever needing to brush my hair! Needless to say, I hope that he'll be available whenever I need a re-do.

From booking my appointment to arriving at the salon I was impressed and reassured. Professional at every turn. The staff were extremely friendly and the whole atmosphere in the salon was welcoming. My mum and I were delighted with the end result for going to the wedding. A bit on the expensive side for what you get but overall happy.

I had quite a bit of just sitting in between processes this a.m. The colourist and I discussed whether I could benefit from having use of a machine to hurry up the colouring process. she made a note for my next appointment. I was satisfied with her response.
