It was so good to be back in the salon. Fabulous welcome from everyone and boy am I glad to get my hair done. Lesley, as always, did a terrific job and can’t thank her enough for making. me feel human again. Just love this salon and all the staff.

As always, Lesley made sure I was well and truly spoiled. She made me feel so welcomed and shared my excitement for changing up my locks. All the staff were so lovely! Sarah was so kind and lovely, and we had a really good chat. Thank you, Team Spoiled.

I think Sally was knackered and it felt like she couldn’t be bothered cutting my hair from the moment I came in. I did challenge her on this and she perked up a bit. This was the first time I used spoiled having moved from Edinburgh maybe the experience is different there. I’ve come away with a terrible haircut that has made me look 10 years older! So disappointing. I can’t believe it was actually better when I cut it myself in lockdown! Now need a turban! It truly is the most boring middle age Bob. The salon is beautiful and the welcome when I arrived was friendly. One use plastic cup of water though was bit dated as is my hair!
