I think Sally was knackered and it felt like she couldn’t be bothered cutting my hair from the moment I came in. I did challenge her on this and she perked up a bit. This was the first time I used spoiled having moved from Edinburgh maybe the experience is different there. I’ve come away with a terrible haircut that has made me look 10 years older! So disappointing. I can’t believe it was actually better when I cut it myself in lockdown! Now need a turban! It truly is the most boring middle age Bob. The salon is beautiful and the welcome when I arrived was friendly. One use plastic cup of water though was bit dated as is my hair!

Very impressed with this salon. Had an initial consultation and skin test when booking the appointment. Michaela cut and coloured my hair using a blending technique to allow me to grow out my coloured hair. Looks so natural. The salon was buzzing with lots of happy customers. I would definitely recommend. Staff are all very friendly.
