I was very impressed with how tirelessly Kimberly worked to make sure I was pleased with my hair color. When I wasn't super happy with how my hair reacted to the hair dye the first time, she kindly offered to have me come in the next day to make the color exactly how I wanted. I was really blown away by how accommodating and kind she was to go out of her way like that!
