I appreciate the environment you are trying to create, one where the customer has a sense of being well looked after and spoiled for an hour or so. This may fit the expectations of the younger customers such as students but I don't particularly feel comfortable in it. Oldies like me don't always appreciate seeing lots of bare bits of bodies leaning over us. However the salon was clean and bright. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered me something to drink on three occasions. Another customer was offered wine or even a G&T. I thought this very inappropriate so early in the morning. My hairdresser whom I hadn't had before advised me on my hair which was appreciated but during my cut and dry she went off six times, I think to see another customer who was having her hair coloured. I was also due a pampering treat after a recent birthday but although I mentioned this to the receptionist on arrival it was obviously not passed down, so I will have to have this next time. I do think the cost is a little high for a simple cut and blow dry.

First time back at the salon since pre covid and it was like I'd never been away. Lovely to see familiar faces and meet Sebastian who did an amazing job with my colour. Love my cut, thanks to Michela who gave me an amazing cut and blow dry. Back to having a bob and I love it! Thanks all.:)

Always love my hair day great salon wouldn't go anywhere else now always feel great leaving staff are so friendly and my hairdresser is the best

I mostly come to your salon for a haircut. I think the girl who did my hair yesterday was Heather. Sorry if I’m wrong. I’m terrible at remembering names. She is one of the senior stylist or consultant. She did a fab job. Her advice really helped me make my up mind up about what to do with my hair. She recommended a conditioning treatment and during the treatment she gave me an amazing head and shoulder massage which was very relaxing. Thank you so much for the excellent professional service.
