I was unhappy with the hair wash - the apprentice was very new and didn’t wash hair properly or even comb through the conditioner. No towel was put round my neck until after wash was complete. I could see how busy it was so allowances can be made at this time of year . I won’t mske an appointment again so close to Christmas . Lisa was excellent as always but at £52 for a cut I left feeling unhappy. Hopefully next time will be better

The staff at Spoiled are really friendly and kind. There is a nice atmosphere there. I find it a bit noisy sometimes, so I try to go in at quieter times in the week. I'd rather staff didn't chew gum when doing my hair.

It can get a little noisy sometimes. I like to go when it’s quieter . This is my personal preference and doesn’t detract from the lovely overall experience.

Friendly, pleasant and professional. But I left the salon with quite a lot of brown dye on my forehead, which wasn't quite the look I was going for!!
