I love the salon, the staff and the products used however it’s rather frustrating to pay £65 for a wash, blowdry and treatment and leave with my roots still curly.

The atmosphere of the salon was lovely, however I sat at the wash basin for 2 hours of my 3hour appointment!! I was told this was because I had colour processing but really I think it was because there no seats available on the floor. I was slightly disappointed to pay £140 for a service which I was uncomfortable 2/3 of the time.

I think today was just an off day. So I will be back. The ambiance wasn’t great. My massager pushed at my shoulders with an awkwardness that made me ask her to stop. I usually get a beautiful curly dry which I’m happy to pay for, but my charge was only removed after I suggested I go back in and they finish the dry. My experience today was a 180 to my previous experiences at the salon. The only thing that made me feel ‘spoiled’ was the delicious coffee.

Didn’t like the clear plastic sheet I was wrapped in, though I understand why. More concerned about the £20 charge for my hair being blow-dried, over and above £51 for my colour. Sorry guys, I think that is a step too far.

Was nervous about the haircut, the hairdresser asked little/no questions or clarification before beginning the cut. Since this was a very short and new haircut, I was quickly visibly worried about the length in the back (where she started), as it was much shorter than expected. I tried to indicate that I was stressed, but the rest of my hair was cut within 10 minutes with no pause to check in. Although I do like the haircut, I was extremely upset to leave with a much shorter haircut than I asked for and considering I left within 25 minutes of arriving, I don't believe that paying 50 pounds was worth my stressed or rushed appointment.

I feel that the pricing is a bit excessive. The last 2 visits I had, the colour was not what I wanted. This may have been a miscommunication, but I am really unhappy with my hair colour. I was thinking to come in and talk to you, but I don't want to upset my technician. I wanted Ash Blonde and I feel my hair is now a non-descript greyish colour. I understand that the colour will get better after each wash but this is not what I wanted. This was not explained to me before hand and I do feel that the colorist made her own decision without discussing with me. Apart from that, the service is wonderful, the staff are friendly and the salon appears to run very well with professional staff.
