Tamara washed my colour off before my cut. I hadn't met her before, probably as she's not long started working with you, but I thought she was terrific. She has a lovely personality and is great at conversation, and very polite. I can see why you would want to snap her up, as she's a real asset to the salon, and she's clearly delighted to be working with such a great team.

Both myself and my five year old son enjoy our time at Spoiled and are always very pleased with our haircuts. We travel 10 miles to retain the relationship even though there are several other options on our doorstep.

Just changed salons after 15 years; no real reason, just needed something new. From the welcome as you walk in the door, to the consultation with both my stylist/cutter and colourist, I felt liked they actually cared. They asked another really important question - what do you want / what do you want out of today. Service was just fabulous from everyone, receptionist, the young girl who ran about doing a zillion things in between washing and putting treatment on my hair (hilarious but also professional) to the rest of the staff and of course Steve and Sharee for my cut and colour. Thank you. Illl definitely be back. And PS, if I had more than 4 hours sleep last night and didn’t hate having my photo taken, I’d share a photo because I really love both the colour and cut and need it done exactly the same next time 😃 Merry Christmas and thanks for making me feel lovely 🙌🙌🎅🏻🎅🏻
