I returned to Spoiled yesterday after having had a disappointing experience in December. Everyone can have off days and therefore it is always good to go back and reappraise the situation. On this occasion I felt very comfortable in the Salon and was well looked after throughout the time I was there. All staff are very professional and the previous visit was just probably a 'one-off' experience for me and not necessarily the case for others. I look forward, as always, to my next visit.

Great haircut by lovely friendly staff. Head and hand massage great too, as is the coffee. I always enjoy my visit to the salon and leave feeling and looking better.

Service was far superior to other salons that I've previously been too, I'll definitely be a returning customer. Also, Katy was superb, she made me feel comfortable and I'm more than happy with how my hair turned out.

Fantastic experience as always! Caroline knows exactly what to do with my hair, and is great fun too. The whole team is just lovely!
