Have been a customer for a long time but this was my first visit with Lucy as my stylist, following the departure of Rachel. Am very pleased - she took time to talk to me, and more importantly LISTEN and continued to check as she was cutting etc. Would recommend her and will be booking Lucy in future.

Hayley is lovely and I'm really pleased with my cut, I came on a Thursday and had a cut, blow dry and colour as I got an email saying you did a deal for £75. I was charged separately for the cut and semi permanent colour which was £77. Didn't want to seem pedantic over £2 but since you've asked for feedback I might as well mention it. If you have a special offer it shouldn't be up to the client to ask for the offer price.

Stephanie did my hair today and I was really pleased. She coloured it beautifully and made a suggestion how I might change my style and what we could do another time. She made it a really enjoyable experience and I'm very pleased with my hair. She also made a very nice cup of tea.
