I booked an appointment with Lucy, she was very knowledgeable and lovely, she listened and delivered as close to what I asked for as she could and she got it spot on, it was nice and quick but I didn’t feel rushed at all and the whole salon was clean and sterile, the only negative and it’s not that much of a negative is that I don’t understand why treatments are booked separately, eg i booked a colour I assumed a cut and dry would be automatic as it is most places but here you need to book both and it’s a little dearer than what I normally pay

With regards to the cost Lucy is a senior stylist level so is in the higher cost bracket . Our levels start from Stylist up to Creative Director. I come out every time happy and able to blow dry the style myself as so well cut. My only criticism is colour and highlights are quite pricey for pensioners
