Really enjoyed my trip to the salon today. Originally I came in for a consultation to get hair dyed, but we did a strand test and was advised my hair was not healthy enough. This wasn’t the answer I wanted but I trusted Amelia and agreed that it was best to get my hair healthier again before dying it. Today we did a 4 step treatment and a well needed cut. My hair feels so much lighter and healthier already, I can’t wait to see the results after another few treatments

Alice is a truly excellent hairdresser. She is courteous and incredibly talented. Steve contacted me the day before my appointment to say unfortunately the stylist I had previously booked as Alice was unavailable when I had originally booked had gone sick and Alice had actually stepped in to ensure the clients who were supposed to be receiving appointments we're not left disappointed. As a result of the terrible situation Paige was in, and Alice's flexibility and the keenness of steve and the team to provide a great service, I actually received an excellent haircut, at the time I was available, by the stylist I would have originally chosen. The reason for the did in value rating is just that although my hair is always done brilliantly by Alice (and this is no reflection on her individually) the price of a wet cut always feels excessive compared to the much more complicated restyles, which are, in comparison, only slightly more in price.

Thanks Anita for your review. It is lovely words but our customer care is vital to the success of the salon and I welcome your words. I do understand your point regarding the wet cut but the value comes from the cutting and as many of our clients have wets cuts we have always priced them accordingly. We always make sure the client is dried off and may be a product put on the hair to finish. we incest heavily to make sure our team is highly trained in cutting and colouring. we look forward to seeing you soon Thanks again Steve
