Another great appointment since my last one which was in March, this time I reffered my mum which meant we both got a half price cut and blow dry 😄 Two super happy clients 😄👍. Totally love my new hair cut and treatment which was done by Paige, I highly recommend her she is a super stylist. Thank you x

I went with my daughter last week as a guest ...she had a colour cut and blow dry and I was so impressed as Page the haidresser spent time explaining and talking through what would look best...I had a cut and blow dry...and am so happy with the finished cut...I would definitely recommend a visit to the salon if you are looking for great customer service ...I am already looking forward to my next visit in 6 time..

Usually, can't fault the team, but today i felt they were under pressure. I only went in for a wet cut, but due to other pressures, My stylist was interrupted several times for advise from colleagues and then went to welcome in other clients who had arrived for appointments. Although my stylist was very apologetic and it certainly was not her fault, i felt that she was rushing due to other pressures. As a result, although the cut is very good, i asked for it not to be too short as i really like they way it naturally curled when left a bit longer at the back. However its been cut shorter than i thought we had discussed at the back and as a result curls have gone:( Maybe if she didn't have so many distractions this might not of happened. I normally get an excellent service and I'm hoping this was just a one off :)

Always look forward to coming here as it feels like a pampered treat. Stylists always remember me and ask about my family, holidays etc which make me feel welcomed and special.Salon has a friendly family feel. It is always busy which is a good sign. Today I was very impressed with a stylist giving a consultation to a client with very long hair who was unhappy with how it had been coloured by a friend. This actually could have been taped for training purposes and for 'evidence for a difficult client' as the questioning and answering technique was brilliant so the client knew exactly what the stylist would do to ammend the issue. Very professional yet clear and concise. I really shouldn't have been listening but I couldn't help myself.
